AWA Talk Night (hybrid) - Inspiring Indigenous Land-Use Initiatives

Our first fall talk this year will be led by Carolyn Campbell, Crystal Lameman, and Karey Brooks who will present on inspiring Indigenous-led efforts to protect traditional ways of life. Learn about Alberta-based efforts, including Beaver Lake Cree Nation’s ongoing ‘Defend the Treaties’ lawsuit and Fort McKay First Nation’s Moose Lake Access management plan.
