Join Paul Larmer for a guided journey into the living wisdom of the human body, designed for yoga teachers, curious students, and anyone who wants to improve their practice through deeper anatomical awareness.

This practical, movement-based workshop reveals key insights that make poses safer, stronger, and more easeful—like how grounding through the big-toe mound activates hip flexors and quadriceps for mobility, while the outer heel awakens glutes and hamstrings for stability. In inversions, we'll look at how the correct placement of the hands engages the forearm "strut" and serratus anterior to create a steady, supported shoulder girdle. In forward bends, we'll unpack the two-joint nature of the hamstrings and how releasing at one end allows true freedom at the pelvis.

Expect hands-on exploration, clear demonstrations, and plenty of lightbulb "Ohhh... that's how that works!" moments. You'll leave with yoga smarts you can feel immediately and apply to every practice, whether you're learning, teaching, or refining your own embodied understanding.
