Raise the Water Tower!
Exciting progress is happening! The new water tower at 1395 Hwy 56 is scheduled to be raised on Friday, October 24th, beginning around 8 AM. The hoist typically takes about three hours — so you won’t want to miss it!
If weather conditions or winds stronger than 16 mph arise, the hoist will be delayed until it’s safe to proceed.
Spectators are welcome to come watch from outside the fenced area. Parking will be available in the mowed area north of the site, and Whitesboro Police will be on hand to assist with traffic control.
