Guided Meditation + Sound Bath

Come journey into deep relaxation and restoration. Lie back and let the sound of crystal bowls ease your body and mind into a state of comfort.

The bowls can help relieve stress and anxiety, calm the mind and body, lower blood pressure, clear the chakras of negative energy, restore balance to the chakras and bring the mind to a meditative state. Throughout one’s day, one may pick up the emotional vibrations of other people and sounds which can cause negative symptoms in the body. Treat yourself to a sound bath and allow the peaceful vibrations to bring you back to center naturally.
