Pat is a holistic wellness expert and certified aromatherapist that will help you reclaim a healthy vibrant life with easy recipes that will help to naturally detoxify the body. She will share her wellness journey (including how she beat cancer the natural way!) and will give a live food demonstration that you will be able to sample and take the recipes home with you! Kara Kading and Elsa Milaeger will be sharing their best tips on natural solutions that will guide you on a 90 day reset system to naturally detoxify the body and bring you more energy, focus, and a new zest for life as we enter a new season!
