Barre Foundations

New to barre? This beginner‑friendly series is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals and method of Barre in a supportive, small‑group setting that can be modified for students with restricted mobility. With a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance as you learn proper alignment, body awareness, and coordination at a comfortable pace.

Each class focuses on building strength, improving posture, and developing confidence through progressive movements. Barre Foundations is the perfect way to ease into the practice, preparing you to transition smoothly into our more advanced and amplified stream of Total Barre classes focusing on movements that are faster and more intense when you’re ready.

Whether your goal is to tone, energize, improve your flexibility and balance, or simply try something new, Barre Foundations offers a welcoming start to your barre journey.

Enjoy personalized attention in this unheated small group class, limited to 4 participants per session. Beginner level class.
