Furzie Wool Sculpture “Cartoon Dogs” – Monday 11th Aug 2025

Learn to sculpt with wool and needlefelt a characterful dog on a wire frame with just wool and a needle! Your model will be approximately 18cm in height. Please note that to make the class enjoyable and unpressured for you, this is not a class for you to make your own dog. You can choose from images supplied and colours of wool provided.

The day runs from 10am to 4.30pm with a half-hour break for lunch. Needlefelting is very easy, great fun and suitable for absolute beginners or those with some experience and, although we use special needles, there is actually no sewing involved.

Michelle Hickman has been successfully teaching needlefelting for over a decade and has recently had a book published on the craft.
