Conscious Connected Breathwork - Liberation!

On Friday 1st August Stef Williams is hosting another of his incredible Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions at Stone Rock Lodge. The focus of this session will be liberation through breath, release anything you are holding on to that you feel could be holding you back. The breath is a powerful tool for moving emotion, stress, anxiety and anything negative that you may be hanging on to, and Stef is a powerful healer and guide that will help you access that part of yourself and liberate some of that ‘stuckness’.
