Intuition & Sound Healing Workshop

Join me for a 90 minute journey into breath, sound, and inner wisdom. In this workshop, we’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to quiet the mind and awaken your intuition.
Next, you’ll be invited to choose from a selection of sound healing instruments—singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more. After a short hands-on tutorial, we’ll come together in a group sound bath, intuitively playing our instruments to co-create a unique healing experience.
No musical experience is needed—just a willingness to release control, silence the inner critic, and let the sounds move through you. Through this process, you’ll:
