Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience combining the tranquility of stand-up paddleboarding with the soothing powers of sound healing. Discover the perfect harmony between nature and inner peace as you immerse yourself in this one-of-a-kind event.
The event begins with a brief introduction to stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) by our experienced instructors. Whether you're a seasoned paddleboarder or a beginner, our friendly staff will provide you with all the necessary guidance and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.
Once we're all equipped and ready, we'll embark on a serene paddleboarding journey along the tranquil waters of the Madawaska. This is an opportunity to connect with nature on a deeper level, allowing your mind to unwind and your body to find balance.
After a short paddle, we'll gather in a specially curated space where the healing power of sound will be unleashed.
We will start with some gentle movement, guided meditation and grounding before diving deep into the sounds. You will then be led through a transformative experience by Heather, using a variety of instruments and her voice. The vibrations will wash over you, creating a deeper sense of relaxation and maybe restoring some harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
No prior experience in paddleboarding or sound healing is necessary to participate in this event. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. We prioritize safety and will provide guidance and support throughout the entire experience.
