Sound bath during Yoga Nidra helps you to let go the tension in the body and reduce distracting thoughts. The sound and vibration of the gong, bowls and other instruments alongside the guided imagery and meditation leave you in a blissful state.

Discover the harmony within body, mind and spirit. No previous experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. It’s time to rest.
