Fit. & Lit. Fitness Classes

Kick off your Monday mornings with movement and motivation! Free fitness classes at the Southwest Brunswick County Library offer a fun group workout experience for every age and body type, thanks to our partnership with the AARP Virtual Community. After your workout, pick up a great read—because keeping your mind sharp is just as important as staying strong!

Classes are held in room 127.

Participants must sign a waiver to participate and are encouraged to bring their own workout mats.
