Miles & Muffins – This Saturday!
Join us for a fun morning of miles, muffins, and great company!

Meet at: Milk & Honey, Calabash
Run/Walk Start Times: 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM
Breakfast: 8:00 AM

Whether you’re tackling your long run, going for an easy stroll with friends, or just coming for breakfast — you’re welcome! The “miles” portion is self-paced and self-planned based on your Saturday goals.
