"𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 (𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐏𝐑) 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩."
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
1. Define an emergency and identify the general principles of giving first aid.
2. Discuss the concept of triage in relation to the goal of emergency care.
3. Describe the assessment of patients with emergency conditions.
4. Discuss the priority elements of the emergency primary assessment.
5. Apply basic skills in handling patients in arrest conditions.
6. Demonstrate the skills in handling victims in arrest conditions
7 use different CPR techniques for adult, child, and infant and for pregnant woman.
8. Demonstrate first aid for different types of:
• Wounds
• Hemorrhage
• Shock state
• Fractures
• Burn
• drowning, foreign body: eyes, ear, and nose.
• Poisoning
• Bites
• Acute medical emergencies as: heatstroke, heat exhaustion and hypothermia,
hypo/hyperglycemia, chest pain, seizure and bronchial asthma.
• Demonstrate ability to transfer the victim suspected to spinal cord injury
