Set Up/Hours of Operation:
Vendor set up will take place the day of the event, 2 hours before the the event begins and must be in place by 4:00 PM. Required hours of operation will be from 4-9PM. Vendors must enter through the opposite end of the street, allowing our stage to be set up adjacent to MLK Avenue (in front of Miss Myrts).
Acceptance:
You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance upon application completion. A $25 non-refundable fee will be due immediately upon your acceptance to the event. Your booth assignments will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event.
Electricity:
We highly recommend providing your own generator if you have one. Please let us know if you need a plug in and the type of plug in needed so that we can make sure we can accommodate.
Location:
We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of food, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator discretion vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.
Other information:
Security will be provided during all hours of the event.
Vendors are not allowed to set up before 2 PM and MUST be out by 11 PM.
