تُطبق هذه السياسة على جميع الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسة بلو لوتس ولبينج سواء المسجلين بشكل فردي أو برعاية إحدى المنظمات.
توضح السياسة الشروط التي بموجبها يُمكن للعميل طلب استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة أو حفظ الأرصدة (Credit)
تُرفض الطلبات التي لا تتفق مع الشروط الواردة أدناه.
سياسة الدورات و الخدمات التي يقدمها مدرب او مختص من القاهرة

يُمكن حفظ الأرصدة (Credit) في الحالات التالية :
•يمكن للأفراد استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة قبل بدء الخدمة ب48 ساعة و ذلك عن طريق تقديم طلب موثق عن طريق ارسال رسالة نصية على رقم الواتس اب الخاص بالمؤسسة 01096664262.

•للإستخدام في خدمة أخرى لمدة ستة أشهرمن تاريخ الخدمة الاولى . بعد هذه المدة تنتهي الصلاحية
• الأرصدة (Credit) قابلة للتحويل لصالح الغير
•يتم خصم اي رسوم تحويل بنكي او تكاليف تحويل عن طريق المحافظ الرقمية او فودافون كاش او ما شابه في حالة الاسترداد النقدي للمبلغ.
•يتم الاسترداد النقدي من مقر الشركة او يمكن التحويل عن طريق فودافون كاش, خدمة التحويل عن طريق اي طرق اخرى غير متاحة.
تُرد المبالغ المدفوعة في الحالات التالية:

•إذا قامت المؤسسة بإلغاء الخدمة او تعطيلها او تأجيلها
• تُدفع جميع المبالغ المستردة فقط عن طريق استلام من مباشر من مقر المؤسسة او تحويل عن طريق فودافون كاش خلال 3 أسابيع.
•فى حالة إسترداد المصروفات، يرجى ارسال رسالة نصية مكتوبة من طرف الشخص نفسه و لا ينوب عنه اي شخص اخر في طلب المبلغ و يتم ارسال تلك الرساله على رقم المؤسسة 01096664262.
• لا يُسمح باسترداد الرسوم المدفوعة مقابل الخدمة ال 48 ساعة التي تسبق موعد الخدمة
