Design in 3D: Rhino Basics for Architecture & Interiors Course

The School of Counting Education at The British University in Egypt in collaboration with Faculty of Art and design are glad to announce their collaborated course titled
"𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝟑𝐃: 𝐑𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬."

𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
1. Understand Rhino’s interface, navigation, and core commands.
2. Create and edit 2D and 3D geometry relevant to architectural and interior design contexts.

𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Introduction to the Rhino environment (viewports, toolbars, panels)
• Navigation and selection tools
• Basic drawing commands (lines, polylines, rectangles, circles, etc.)
• Object snaps (Osnaps) and precision drawing tools
• Using layers, object properties, and organizing workflow

𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Course Duration : 4 days /20 hrs ( 5hrs per day )
Course Schedule: Saturday ,Monday, Wednesday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Starting Date: 26/7/2025
Target Audience: Architecture and Interior Design students, emerging professionals, and design enthusiasts seeking foundational skills in 3D digital modeling.
