Adult Art Therapy

Art Therapy for the Mind, Body & Soul 🎨

Join us for a welcoming, judgment-free art therapy program led by mixed-media intuitive artist Patricia P. Dunlap. Explore creative techniques like mixed media, art journaling, Zentangle®, and neurographic art to help reduce stress, support emotional well-being, and encourage self-expression. No art experience required.
