In this 3 hour immersive workshop, Sarah and Kate will guide you through a slower, deeper way of visioning, one that honours the year you’ve just lived, listens to the wisdom of your body and creates intentions that feel aligned and achievable.

Through cacao, EFT tapping, gentle movement, creative visual intention setting, journaling and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a fully embodied process for bringing your 2026 intentions to life.

Unlike a typical vision board, where you gather images, stick them on a wall and forget about them, we’ll be creating a vision book, a space to go much deeper.

Your images will be paired with reflections on different areas of your life, the beliefs and blocks that shape your choices and the actions that will move you forward.

Intentional, layered, and deep, every page is a living record of your process of becoming. Designed to help you connect to your intuition and align with your vision with intention and action.
