Winter Solstice Somatic Sound Journey

Our ancestors gathered in ritual and celebration of the changing seasons for millennia. The Winter Solstice marks a sacred time of pause — when we are invited to turn inward, tend to our inner soil, and prepare the ground for new life to emerge.
In this modern world, the same invitation remains: to create the right inner conditions for the future you long for. No matter what your vision looks like ~ thriving relationships, purposeful work, radiant health ~ a deeply regulated nervous system is the fertile foundation where your dreams can take root and flourish.
This is your call to soften. To reconnect. To remember.
During this special event, we will weave together somatic movement, plant alchemy, restorative yoga, breath, sound, and vocal activation to guide you back into deep connection with your body and your Self. Through this embodied remembering, you will nourish your inner ground and align with the life you are ready to grow into.
