THIS IS A CUP-LESS EVENT..
BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS AND PLACE THEM INTO THE BOX AT CHECK-IN if you’d like a drink bottle taken out to the northern end of the course.

By participating you run at your own rush and are responsible for your own health and safety.

Respect all path users and traffic.

This is not a raced, not timed, just a casual run with like-minded people.
