Join us at Team Rees Gym for the ultimate Hyrox simulation event! Whether you're a competitive athlete or just up for an epic fitness challenge, this is your chance to test your limits in a high-energy, Hyrox-style workout experience.
Expect a day packed with intensity, community spirit, and serious motivation. You'll face a series of simulated Hyrox challenges designed to push your strength, endurance, and mental grit to the max.
The event will be organised by expected finish time, with the fastest athletes heading out first—so please select the appropriate ticket when registering. Also, please note that the running sections will take place outside on public highways, so be prepared and stay aware.
