Let FREEdom ring and your sweat sparkle before ALL the Holiday festivities today!

Join Shannon for a 60 min full body fun workout to get you going before the day has a chance to tell you otherwise!

Class is FREE, however I am asking a $10 minimum donation per person to be used for our MadSTRONG Foundation funds! These funds give back to our community, outside our community, and a perfect way to say THANK YOU for our FREEdom!

All levels welcome and guests visiting the area encouraged to join us! Bring a buddy and we can all SPARKLE together!
