Great Start Collaborative has been working on something special with the City of Cadillac — and it’s almost ready!
🎉 Join us Wednesday, August 6th at 10:30 AM near the old Navy Reserve Building (on the Keith McKellop Walk) as we launch a brand new Story Stroll along the Lake Cadillac lakefront!
👣 So… what’s a Story Stroll?
It’s a fun and interactive way to enjoy a children’s book while walking outdoors! The City’s amazing Department of Public Works team is installing 16 story panels around the loop — each one holding a page from a deconstructed picture book. Walk the trail and enjoy the story, one page at a time! (And yes, the pages will be numbered 😉)
📖 The Cadillac Library will also be joining us for their regular story time to help kick things off!
🌟 And keep your eyes open — we may have a special guest joining us from the Cadillac Area Visitors Bureau!
🗺️ The attached map shows parking areas in yellow and the Story Stroll loop in blue, so you’ll know just where to go!
Come out for some fresh air, family fun, and a celebration of reading by the lake! 🧡
