Mindful Moshing with Ms Marz

Please join us for one of our Genre events! The purpose of this workshop is to show the youth in our community how to express your emotions through music and dance.

We're kicking off this series with a little help from The REVEREND JESSE RAY! What exactly is mindful moshing? It is exactly what is sounds like. Teaching kids to express themselves through music in a "mindful and purposeful way".

But don't worry! We've got a plan and some great partners in 4-H / MSU Extension to make sure this is a safe and fun workshop for youth ages 5-19.

Join us as we introduce kids to a new genre while promoting mental and physical well being.
