Get ready for fang-tastic fun as the library and DNR partner for a round of bat-themed trivia! Work with your team (or solo) to decipher and mythbust our batty literary references and conservation clues. Prizes include gift cards to a local restaurant and the Friends of the Mitchell State Park gift shop.

This event is a part of the Cadillac Library's Horror Lit Fest 2025: Oct. 27th - Nov. 1st. Stop by the library during Halloween week for a celebration of all things VAMPIRE! You’ll find an all ages scavenger hunt, to-go crafts, book and video displays, a vampire pun wall, and more. Special events include a Vampire party at Chunky Bear Coffee Roasters, a community blood drive, and a bat trivia night at the Carl T. Johnson hunting and fishing center. Make sure to enter your vampire origin story in our scary story contest and don’t miss out on garlic dish specials all throughout town!
