Recovery + Beyond: Waukee YMCA

Recovery + Beyond is a class open to all survivors and YMCA members. This is a small group personal training class that will focus on individual attention to improve strength, mobility, and balance. This class offers FREE wellness coaching and incorporates pre and post assessments to track progress.

to get started or for more information. Three month scholarships to the Y are available for cancer survivors. This class is offered at the Waukee YMCA on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 1:00-2:00 pm
