Yoga class Boring boring boring. Nothing special going on here!

Class is 90 minutes and other than the teacher, the class is full of really nice people. The class is made up of a bit of stretch work, that you just have to experience and a bit of blah blah about how to make your potential greater and at the end we have lots of people totally chilled out by the relaxation. Which is way cool. each class cost $20 some weeks we will take bananas also by arrangement
