Join us for a rare and captivating culinary experience as we host The Art of Ronqueo—a traditional Japanese tuna cutting ceremony showcasing extraordinary speed, precision, and technique.

Led by Guest Chef Yosuke Kogure, one of Japan’s fastest ronqueo masters, this live demonstration will explore the centuries-old craft of breaking down whole bluefin tuna, celebrated in Japanese culture as both art and ritual.
