This three-hour workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body through embodiment practices (conscious movement & dance), and awaken your energy through Kundalini Activation with 2 skilled facilitators to guide you through a journey of self-discovery.

Each facilitator brings a unique energetic signature, creating a powerful synergy that can amplify your processes.

What is the Kundalini Energy?

The Kundalini Energy is the essense of life that flows within us all, a primordial energy that is linked to our maximum potential for well-being. It can be adressed by different names: Life Force, Prana, QI (Chi), or even Kundalini Energy.

The Life Force Kundalini Activation offers a powerful pathway that empowers profound transformation.It helps us to deepen the connection with our true self and expand our consciousness, release suppressed emotions, traumas and limiting beliefs.
