OPEN SPAR

This will be the last open spar before Robert and Quentin travel to Niagara Falls to compete in the WKC world championships so come help them get some good practice in before they leave. All ages, schools, styles, ranks, and skill levels are welcome. Invite your students, teammates, and any martial artist who you think will enjoy it. We look forward to seeing you.
