Open Spar

Last open spar of the summer! Let’s keep it up and keep getting better before our fall tournament season starts up. All schools, styles, ages, ranks, and skill levels are welcome so invite your friends l. We will be sparring for three minute rounds. (This is also a perfect opportunity for those that can’t make it to Quentins test the following week to beat on him). Please wear appropriate sparring gear. See you soon!
