Zen at Zephyr – Meditation with Horses

Reconnect with nature, body, and breath in this unique outdoor meditation experience, surrounded by the calming presence of our beautiful horses. Held by the forest at Zephyr Horses in Byron Bay, this gentle session combines mindfulness, grounding breathwork, and the powerful, peaceful energy of the herd.

No horse riding required – just presence, nature, and serenity.

• Practicing in the presence of the herd amplifies your practice, helping to deepen relaxation, enhance emotional clarity, and promote a balanced nervous system. Their calming presence is both energetically grounding and scientifically shown to support heart rate coherence and emotional well-being.

What to bring?

- Wear something light and warm.
- Bring a pillow to sit on.
