SJ Little Learners in the Park - Movement - Toddler Yoga (1 to 5yrs)

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻!

Come along for a 45minute yoga session filled with fun and energy, led by Sylvana from Yoga on the Farm! This event is perfect for toddlers and parents who want to stretch, move, and relax their bodies while having a blast together.

Sylvana, our experienced and friendly yoga instructor, will guide both the little ones and parents through a variety of playful poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. Together, you'll learn to connect with your bodies, improve flexibility, and develop focus in a supportive, fun, and encouraging environment.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, so beginners are welcome! Sylvana will create a safe and welcoming space where every toddler feels comfortable and confident.
