Sunday Kirtan

Join Tina, Mandy and John for an hour of Kirtan at a private yoga studio located in Onset/Wareham

Kirtan is a devotional practice that involves call-and-response chanting of sacred mantras, often accompanied by music.

Originating in India, it is a central part of Bhakti Yoga, or the yoga of devotion, and is used as a form of meditation to create a communal and uplifting experience.
