Mantra at The Yoga Den - Sunday 11-12:30 £17

Trained in the lineage of Brahmavidya Yoga, Natasha will be leading Mantra workshops on the fourth Sunday of each month, starting in January.



Brahmavidya is the knowledge of the Ultimate Truth.

The aim of the workshopa is explore the hidden depths and power of Mantra - which have physical/ practical / meanings as well as mystical meanings.


If you would like to develop a fuller understanding of Mantra and earn how to use a Mala beads correctly join these sessions.


Prepare to expect deep shifts as we chant together.


Sessions can be booked individually or as a whole series. You will receive a free Mala when you book all 5 sessions. 🕉️
