Saturday 4th is also Fun Palaces Day so we are going to look at trees as Palaces. Who are the Tree Queens and Kings? Where do they live? Is there a tower for a woodland princess to be stranded in? Are there treasures in the deep dungeons of roots? Are there squirrel chatterboxes spreading news? Toadstool sentries guarding the Palace? Flocks of sparrows stealing breadcrumbs from the Palace Kitchens?
