Kickstart your day with a 90ft adrenaline rush! Abseil off Millers Dale Bridge over the River Wye. In the afternoon, take it to the next level underground — abseiling through caves and even down a waterfall!
All equipment and guidance provided by the expert team at Dolomite Training — just bring your courage.

We'll meet at Millers Dale Station car park, you will need transport to access the later locations.
Please be aware that in order to access all the abseils you will need to be able to climb a ladder back up, and you will have to travel through the cave to access the underground abseils. If you have any concerns about accessibility please get in touch with us to discuss -
