VOICE Self Defense Program

Ladies, learn to defend yourself from sexual assault and intimate partner violence in a two hour workshop lead by trained advocates.

It is recommended that you attend with a trusted partner, friend, or family member. This is a hands-on workshop focusing on sexual assault and involving pairing up for practice scenarios that includes physical contact.

The program is geared towards women. However, male partners can learn how to support and practice with their female partners.

$5 registration fee. You must register in advance.

Refreshments provided.
