Where: Capel Community Garden (1 Barlee Road, Capel)

Everyone is welcome, new members are encouraged.

This week's tasks:
🟢Constructing 3 new raised beds
🟢Planting up 1 bed with Peas
🟢Constructing Asparagus bed and planting up
🟢Moving small herb bed
🟢Stacking old fence posts
🟢Removing Watsonia bulbs
🟢General tidy
🥦Harvest what is ready
🫖Morning Tea

But it is not all work, thanks to the Shire of Capel and our 'Let's Get to Work' project, we have a billy teapot on site, so everyone can enjoy a cuppa and chat. You can even take a look at our site plan and hear about upcoming events.

What to bring & wear:
✅Enclosed shoes
✅Sun-safe attire / wet weather clothes (check the forecast!)
✅Gloves if you like to wear them for garden work
✅Water bottle
✅A cup and a small plate to share for morning tea at 10am (We encourage you to be no or low waste if possible)

**Please note: There are no toilets at the site. The closest ones are the Town Oval or Capel Library.**
