A Shared Levantine Feast.

A slow cooked long lunch starring the flavours of the Levantine Region. Chef Dan Johnson plays with the warm and exotic flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean, firing up the coals for slow cooked lamb, beef, chicken and vegetables from the region. This mezze plate lunch is an ode to middle eastern cuisine, where sumac and other vibrant flavours hit it big with fresh mint, lemon, pomegranate and all the mediterranean favourites. Bring your top people for a Sunday done right. Wines of Merritt will be on hand for the day with their range of single vineyard, low intervention wines available to purchase.
