Spring is here, and so is our outdoor yoga class! Join us for refreshing, grounding session.

🧘 Starting: Saturday 15th March

📍 Location: The Garsdale country inn

✨ All levels welcome!

Come with some extra layers, and a mat if you have one. 🌸💫

We have mats, blocks and straps available to use if needed.
