This sound bath and Reiki on the hillside overlooking the Manchester countryside where we will hopefully then be graced with a lovely sunset. This is the perfect mindful evening to rejuvinate your soul with friends, loved ones, or on your own for some peace and quiet whilst the soundbowls and Reiki work their magic.
Numbers will be limited, booking is essential, and we do request please don’t bring dogs as people will be attending for a peaceful and tranquil sound bath experience.
The soundbath location is at the side of Ashworth Reservior, so no climbing is involved, but suitable footwear (hiking shoes or trainers) should be worn for the short walk. We will meet in the layby NEAR Owd betts, setting off at 7.15pm to walk to the soundbath location together.
Please bring:
Mat/chair something to lie or sit on
Pillow/blanket
Weather appropriate clothing and footwear
Cash for a donation exchange on the evening should you wish to do so
