About this event
Embrace the opportunity to indulge and experience the magic of powerful sound healing and Reiki. Our session in the beautiful Old Hay Barn, Birtle, in beautiful surroundings is going to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and relaxed.
During the session we’ll go on a journey starting with a meditation and then using the sounds and vibrations of these beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation, healing, and inner peace. Each participant will also receive individual and group reiki healing to enhance the relaxation and healing experience.
No previous experience needed. Please arrive no earlier than 6.50pm, we'll have you settled by 7pm for your hour intense, powerful, yet gentle sound and reiki healing session with us. Please bring a pillow, blanket, comfortable clothes and a yoga mat (if you have one)
