Our weekly classes are held at various local venues, helping toddlers (ages 2–5) build balance and coordination, foster emotional focus and physical development.
From energetic warm-ups to calming meditation, our classes provide a unique bonding experience for parents and children.
If you have an younger baby, please feel free to bring them along to enjoy our sensory-friendly music and lighting while you and your toddler explore the activities.
The Experience: We balance high-energy games with storytelling coach led poses, peaceful breath work and meditation. Leaving both you and your toddler feeling refreshed and centered.
