The session begins with an opening meditation to set intentions and lead you into a relaxed space before entering a deep meditative or trance-like state induced by rhythmic drumming and supported by Reiki energy which helps to restore balance, promote healing and integrate any insights received as you cross a bridge into your subconscious mind. Enter the journey without expectations and be open to whatever happens for your highest good. A period of silence will follow to allow you to reflect on your journey, after which I will gently bring your awareness back into the space and ensure you are grounded through guided sounds.
We recommend that you wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. You will need to bring your own blanket, pillow and a comfortable mat to lie on (or reclining chair if you prefer). Doors will be opened 15 minutes before the start of the session, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before to allow enough time to get settled before a prompt start. Please advise if you are delayed, although if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you may be denied entry so as not to disturb other participants. This session is open to children aged 10+, parent / guardian must accompany children under 16.
