RECOVERY PROGRAM (ANONYMOUS DRAMA) Like 'drama therapy' for people who usually have no interest in drama.

You'll engage in a self awareness and discovery process using various creative techniques to support your recovery journey. Your facilitators will create recovery themed fictional characters, monologues, sketches, songs or spoken word (you need not have any interest in being creative our focus is therapeutic and supporting your recovery journey).

You'll get the opportunity to attend a reading of your work at The Met in front of a live audience. Everything in the sessions is anonymous (hence the name Anonymous Drama) no personal history/details are shared no one knows difference between what is lived experience v what is fictional. This creates a very unique space which can be less emotionally charged/triggering than traditional recovery type groups.

The sessions are designed to be fun and stress free. You don't need anything other than an open mind to take part.
