You are invited to join us on our Light Bath!

Where we take an empowering journey inwards, reconnecting with our higher selves through deep Meditation.

This restorative session is time for you to simply lay back, close your eyes and let gentle flickering light do the work. Think dynamic cymatic patterns, magical colours, shamanic beats and a blissful feeling of well-being.

Not suitable in pregnancy or for those with any history of epilepsy. Must be 18 or over.
