Join us for a bit of relaxed creativity at Silver Moon in Hornsea. ✍️✨
Whether you’re keen to learn about journaling or already a seasoned writer, you are most welcome to join us for an evening of reflection and meditation with a focus on writing for wellbeing.
We will begin in the cosy studio with warm drinks and time to decorate your very own journal! 📖
Over the course of the evening, you will learn how to journal for daily reflection, explore prompts for creative writing ideas and craft questions to delve into wellbeing and healing.
Journaling is such an effective form of self-care, but the thought of where to start can be a little overwhelming! So, allow us to guide you through it, taking home some wonderful ideas to spark your own writing journey.
