Kata practice session, Saturday 7th February 2026 at the Pembrey Community Centre, Heol Y Mynydd, Pembrey, Burry Port, Dyfed SA16 0AJ. Time is 10am till 12 pm. Mat fee £5 Please confirm if attending 😁 so it can go ahead. Soke Jones won't be leading this one it's a chance for us to practice kata open to all grades. Please bring your BAB insurance. This will be led by Sensei's Mark Smout & Daniel Mort.
